THE BRIEF:
We were approached by CODE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION to produce a series of explainer animations for the company's YouTube page. The purpose of these animations was to inform current and upcoming tenants at the accommodation on how to use certain equipment in their rooms, for example their shower. These animations include 'How to Use Your Internet', 'How To Use Your Oven' and 'How To Use Your Shower'. Our task was to create a number of animations to help explain these processes to the students, using our custom character Cody to talk directly to the audience.

THE ANIMATION:
We produced a script, storyboard and animatic for each animation we produced. By 3D modelling the student flat to scale we were able to replicate the accommodation's room exactly, featuring textures, safety labels and more. With our custom 3D character we styled him to suit the accommodation's uniform and colour scheme, allowing him to fit in nicely as our virtual employee!
